Allen Prep - Max Your Score

This app is horrible. It has taken lots of money and I didn’t even authorize the purchase of it. It takes $5.35 out every week. I would definitely not purchase this app. It will take your money without you knowing because it says the app is free and then it will charge your bank account. I would like a refund and also to cancel my “subscription” that I did not want. Plus this app makes it hard to cancel the subscription in app. If you don’t want to spend 5 dollars a week on a Driving App then DO NOT get this. I give this app less than one star.

I got a $25 iTunes gift Card for Valentine’s Day and put it in. The second I entered it I was charged $5.34 for something I never authorized. I would like a refund for my “purchase” that I never authorized. It didn’t ask for my FaceiD or anything which any other time. Even for free purchases it asks for it. And I never even used this app. The only reason I downloaded it was because I thought it was free to use and I also thought it was a good app to use to get ready to take my permit test. I was wrong about both clearly. And I opened the app one time and got my free trial for 3 days or whatever and canceled it after those 3 days or however long it was. That way I wouldn’t get charged if I got an iTunes gift card. But that didn’t work clearly. Because I still got charged $5.34. So this really pisses me off because that was almost a quarter of what I had on my iTunes gift card. All I want is a refund for my unauthorized “purchase”

I must say that this app is great to prepare for the written test. The questions are very similar to the ones on the actual test which is a great help. It's also nice how they have taken all the essentials of the handbook and turned them into questions so you won't really need to read the handbook which is mind-numbing and quite boring lol. The only problem I have with the app as someone has stated here that it would be very helpful when u get a question wrong to provide an explanation as to why the other answer is correct. But still a good and useful app!
