Dear Alfa Support Team, I am writing to report an issue with the Alfa iOS application. Unfortunately, the app crashes every time I attempt to open it, preventing me from using its features or accessing my account. Despite restarting my device and reinstalling the app, the problem persists, and it has become highly inconvenient. Here are some details that may help with troubleshooting: I'm using iPhone 15 pro max with it's latest iOS version App Version: latest version of the Alfa app installed Error Details: The app crashes immediately upon launch with no error message. Could you please investigate and provide guidance on resolving this issue? Alternatively, if a fix is being worked on, could you share an estimated timeline? Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response. I'm very upset and hope so if this problem remains as it is, I'll change my bank because of this problem

One the app is down most of the time, second i cant pay IESCO electricity bill via credit card. Apparently you have to talk to multiple bankalfalah helpline representatives to get the right answer. Everytime i have called their first answer is wrong and then i call again then they change their answer. Now why would IESCO islamabad not accept bank alfalah credit card. It accepts all others. If we cant pay bills from alfa credit card what do it will be for us. Yesterday the app was down it took me hours to even add payee. But the representative said app is fine. After hours i called again and the representative now said yes the app is down. I dont know what they do sitting there if they dont even know their system.

Excellent App. Easy to send funds into your account from anywhere. Easy’s the word for this App. I didn’t think I’d like it but in fact I love it. Seriously it’s awesome. Everything on main page. Don’t need to run around digging into the menu looking for ways to accomplish your requirements. Easy to transfer money to family from anywhere in the world. I’d love to see more options or maybe an option we can type (customized), when we select reason for transfer. I send Eidi for my sisters but the option does not exist in reasons for remittance.
