Ajman Bank One

This is pathetic bank with worst services I’ve ever experienced. Customer service doesn’t responses promptly and doesn’t resolve issues. I’m so disappointed for not getting any clear response for my emails regarding my KYC procedure. Despite of completing all required paperwork required for completing KYC, they are keeping my account blocked for no reason without mentioning any valid reasons.

Poorly designed app and features. The add card to Apple Pay just is a shortcut to the wallet where you have to manually add the card. Who designed such a bad app ?? Every other bank app automates the entire process of adding the card to Apple Pay except Ajman bank.
