AI Fantasy- AI Image Generator

I’ve been using this app for a few weeks now and it has created some amazing content, but it has on several occasions not generated any images and it will not allow more than five images to be processed at the same time. Problem is you cannot cancel them, they will keep generating until they stop and sometimes it takes days. Wasted days equals wasted money. For the past day and a half it has caused me not to be able to create any content. I’ve tried restarting and deleting the app and reinstalling and still keep having issues. I’ve contacted support and they did reply back on the above methods, but to no avail, waiting on an update, but nothing yet. When this app works it can create some amazing results, but the ongoing issues are highly frustrating.

First, you must pay before you see anything within the app, ANYTHING. There is no Trial version to show you what you can do with the software. Second, there are no instructions. I realized there are none because there is nothing that you can actually do but generate a completely random image, if that even works at all. (Other reviews say the app freezes before image generation.) There are prompts, but they are hard-wired into the app. You have no way of directing the software to generate a character, avatar, or image personal to you. There is no way to upload an image as the app description claims. You cannot create a personalized character at all. You’re paying only to LOOK at their pre-generated, pre-posted categories of artwork. With the other ratings which report that the app freezes, you’re supposedly not even to able to generate new random ones. I’m so frustrated with there not only being no direction within the app, but no way to access any field, any link upload, any way to upload an image, nor ANYTHING that will allow me to generate a personalized anything that I haven’t even attempted a creation of an image. I came here to create personalized images as the app description claims. Why would I waste my time generating a random image?? [Also, I attempted to get a refund from the App Store given that the app does nothing that it claims to do. The App Store determined that I had no item that qualified for a refund. So, they are stealing our money with the assent of the App Store.] No goodstuffs found here. There are only App Store-allowed scammers.

The best ai pic app but one feature is so bad. Every time you try to make a custom image with words & imagine, it loads to 99 & stays there forever & then never fails. You guys should just make it certain time frame like the other ai apps so I know when to come back to the app & my art will be ready. Hopefully you guys fix this as soon as possible
