AI Expert - Chatbot Assistant

I use to love this app but the last two weeks the app hasn’t been working properly and when I reach out via contact support no one has gotten back to me. This has been ongoing for two plus and I have sent four messages without a response. When the app is working it’s pretty good but I have noticed that some of the information is inaccurate and when I call AI on it they apologize and give me the right answer.

I really enjoy this app, it has helped me a tremendous amount with school work. I like especially how when you take a photo for chat or upload one it lets you edit only what you want it to see and not the whole photo. It creates great paragraphs with some really good detail. On the flip side the reason I’m only giving it 3 stars is because It does have some faults. Sometimes when I get it to answer even a multiple choice question it answers wrong but that’s not a huge deal because it makes up for it by getting about 90% of the other questions correct. Also if you ask it to help find sources for a specific topic you better make sure you can actually find them on the internet before using them. I have asked for sources and it gave me some with descriptions of each source but even with hours of searching I cannot find them in the internet. And lastly it randomly has a message when trying to use chat that says “something went wrong, try again in a few minutes” and it has done this before but has always been back to working in a couple hours but it has lasted 2 days now this time and I especially need it for help on my last couple assignments due in a few days. But all in all it’s a good app worth the money.

Sometimes when you’re not sure how to word it this is a great tool to give you ideas and you just have to tweak it a little to make it your own, but it definitely gets to the point.
