AI Chat Bot : Seek Assistance

I am updating my original review from the 5 star i was decieved into believing it was or would be, to the now appropriate 1 STAR-only because i cant give a ZERO STAR. my reason for doing so is because of 2 things: 1)I dont being lied too. When i downloaded this app it prompted me with a small secondary window basically offering me a free lifetime subscription of the app if i gave it a review-which i did, twice (on accident the 2nd time) however within a week or so it seems like the trial or something ended and i am basically now unable to use it at all whihc is a huge dissapointent and very misleading and deceitful 2) being ingored after being lied too just simply angers me. i have emailed the email that is listed on their website or whatever it is and also sent mesage through the link that 'app suport' takes you too and have yet to here anything back whatsoever in regards to either of my emails, very poor customer service is putting this politely.. my last rviews were on Feb 7th and the one before that was Jan 30th.. still have not received anything word back. absolutely ridiculous

This app has been a godsend!! You can basically ask it anything and you really receive specific responses to your request. I was skeptical at first but the app made a believer out of me. Give this app a try and you won’t be disappointed really ask it anything and it will give you legitimate responses. Sometime when I have one of the brain fog moments just asking the app will jump start the senses with its responses. A+ in my book!!

I paid for a yearly subscription. I was able to use the service on the first day. Second day a bunch of messages while attempting usage of the AI ASSISTANT that the service was unable to respond aand the company was attempting to "scale the system". They basically took my money and then didnt allow me to use their service anymore. The app became unusable , I updated, deleted, re-installed, checked my modem for cache backup, cleared the connection, and still AI Pal was running very slow . I believe they absconded with my payment and did not provide the service. I also believe that is illegal. I lost a lot of valuable, to me, information and cannot figure out how to retrieve any regenerated conversations or even if the conversations are accessible and/or saveable?
