Request for Refund: Accidental Yearly Subscription Instead of Weekly Plan
I’m requesting a refund for the yearly subscription I accidentally purchased. I truly thought I was selecting the weekly plan, as that’s the only one I’ve used before. I rarely use this app and haven’t used the yearly subscription at all. Please check my account history—you’ll see I’ve only used the weekly plan previously. I sincerely hope you can issue a refund for this mistake. If not, I’ll be very disappointed and won’t continue using your service in the future. Thank you for understanding and for reviewing my request.
