I downloaded this app to do my training but couldn’t even open the app because it crashes before it even opens. As soon as I click on the app my screen goes blurry like the app is going to open but then it doesn’t. I have tried deleting the app multiple times and even restarting my phone. Another one of our troop leaders has it one her phone and her app works just fine.

My first year as an LIT, I had to use this and it worked fine. I could get through the training and everything was great. But now... So this is my second year as an LIT and I need to retake my training. I had deleted the app earlier in the year because of phone storage problems and switched phones recently. But now I redownload the app and get ready to do my training and... The screen is white and it instantly crashes. The most I could get it to do was barely show the login screen before crashing. Idk if this is a problem with my phone, me deleting it, or the app (considering all the bad reviews it has), but this needs to be fixed or else AHG needs to create other training options such as online, app for PC, etc. The app wasn’t bad, this problem just needs to be fixed. If you are going to force us to use this app for training, then at least make it work across all platforms (Chromebook as an example) and out the time into testing it for bugs. The sounds keep going off on me and it kept crashing in my iPhone. Like another reviewer said, I could at least get back in and continue from where I left off. But instead of a training taking me the stated 45 mins, it’s now been a couple hours of my time cuz of all the app issues. Put it on a website until the app is fixed pls.
