This is 100% the worst airline app I have ever had the displeasure of using. It’s as if a 5 year old child designed it in 1990. It does not do ANYTHING. Zero of the links work. Their website is also terrible—you’re better off not flying this absolute disgrace of an airline. Argentina should be ASHAMED this is their national airline.

It would be helpful if they had an English version. But putting that part aside, I was unlucky enough to have one segment of my journey from Argentina to the USA on this airline. It was my first segment so I had to check in with them to get to my next flight on Delta. That was an absolute fiasco. Tried for 2 hours to check in on the app. Finally figured out how to check in on the website. Had to take a screenshot of my computer screen to have a boarding pass as the app never displayed it. Then, day of flight I try to use the app for flight status. The app didn’t recognize that the flight existed. As I am boarding my flight now; the app still has no record of the flight. What??!! This is crazy! I don’t speak Spanish so was hoping to use the app for flight status, gate info, the usual stuff every other airline app on the planet has. But, nope. Total fail.

This has to be the only airline app that doesn’t allow you to add the boarding passes to Apple Wallet. It is awful. When you need the boarding pass, you have to open their app and remember where it was. It is terrible. If it’s an iOS app, it should benefit from all Apple perks.
