So, I used this service few years back and it was alright, now it’s just a mess. Half of functions is missing in web version, and app lacks certain details, or behaves badly. Want to report a profile? App closss. Want to block contact? App closes. Web interface now lacks option to search, block and report profiles, sometimes when an account is being disabled you are sent to store saying that you need to purchase a package to continue, even if you already bought a subscription. Lots of fake accounts trying to bait you, and the real ones are scarce or offline for months. The app went downhill.

First od all I was unable to complete my registration as I didn’t receive the registration e-mail. I decided to delete the account but there was no possibility to do it!!! I incidentally logged out and was unable to log in again. I sent several e-mails to the support and have not received any response... I still want to delete my account and I am unable to do it, which is VERY frustrating. In response to the above, I was instructed by the developer to check my mailbox, including spam but I checked everything and I confirm, I did not receive the registration e-mail!!!! I am unable to do anything because I incidentally logged out and my password and login don’t work. I sent many e-mails to the support to delete my account and I haven’t received any response to any of them... It is not true what the developer says that the support reacts in 48 hours. Despite my requests, I haven’t received any response, which is very disappointing. I hope my account is deleted very soon. Otherwise, I will need to undertake further actions.
