Our fridge got broken, for our advert a guy came to fix it, he said he need more time and he will be back after 2 days, of course he took the money for repair. After 2 weeks no answer, my wife left a bad opinion about him on the app, he straight replied the fridge cant be fixed. Cherry on the top Fixly deleted my wifey’s review with a comment that the guy contacted them and our review its not true… we have the dates and everything on whatsapp that he didnt answered but Fixly doesnt care about it. Absolute scam

App worked great. Recently can't load any conversations with contractors...

You gotta be careful out there, I mean obviously. Most people offering services, after you put up your advert, and they respond on the app, want to switch to sms and cash payment. This is because they are scared of unreasonable clients leaving bad reviews. So essentially the system is broken. On the other hand I just got 2 polish men to help me move apartment, and payed through the Fixly payment, so maybe if you’re persistent and you insist the protection from the app, you can get it.
