ADHD Sound for Sleep

The sounds are nice overall, but the recording for some of them are kinda bad so there’s a fuzzy sound that does along with the features sound and it’s not great

I tried this app today after waking to find that I didn’t have to go in to work until later. I turned on the rain/thunder sounds and it put me back to sleep in no time! When my alarm went off I felt so rested and peaceful!!! I’m going to use it tonight because I talk with n my sleep a lot, and maybe these sounds will help lessen my episodes!! The best thing about it though is that it’s FREE!!!! THANKS!!
