AdBlock Pro for Safari

I run a VPN on my home WiFi with rotating WiFi addresses and a VPN on my phone and still became a ID Theft victim that Transunion and Experian,My Hospital and Dr Office. All also had data breaches with my info stolen as of recent even with a fraud alert and credit freeze yet the thieves if they know you’re info can still get in. But this app has put an end to the countless apps tracking,selling ur pedigree which will turn into a mixed file ,next any bad credit attached to those data points or Geos location ,even Cell number will appear on yours. This app has made me feel safe again for an extended amount of time. Still working on making my credit get back to 788 from 611. They have free version but it’s very affordable for several months or yearly I reccomend this and don’t review much. Thanks guys

I’m really sensitive and have crazy bad sensory processing issues. Definitely OCD. Maybe ASD. As a result, ads and commercials mess with my mind so much. I just have no natural filter for unwanted stimuli. I can’t believe it took me so long to discover ad blockers! Better late than never, I guess. I am so, so grateful for AdBlock Pro. You can only choose 1 blocking option to enable with the free version. I’m also running 1Blocker and AdGuard, so I chose different options for each blocker for thorough coverage. I’ll pay for one of them eventually. Just want to experiment a little before committing. I like the AdBlocker pro app best so far, and definitely want to take advantage of in-app tracker blocking soon. You have to pay for that no matter which blocker you choose. Annoyances on Safari are down about 80% with the extensions I’ve got enabled now. Can’t wait to get ad blockers running on my MacBook as well. The future looks bright 💛

For YT particularly, I’ve noticed it blocks more ads on desktop versus on mobile. I have all of the settings as recommended by the app. It does block ads played DURING the video, but doesn’t skip the black screen like it did before, causing a watch delay. To reiterate, I’m watching 5-10 seconds of black screen, which is better, but then I’m still seeing stationary ads on the home page of YT while scrolling through my feed. It’s blocking about 60-70% of ads, essentially. Last week, it used to not force me to watch the black screen at all. I suspect this is action by YT to throttle adblock users. I do have suspicions there will be more of a focus on the mobile side of things to push ads, as that’s how most people use YT. Overall, I’m pretty happy but I do wish it worked as before.
