I thought it wouldn’t be possible to make reserving a batting cage any harder or more convoluted than using the Northbrook Park District website…and I was wrong. The intentions are good and I appreciate it, but this app could be the example of everything NOT to do in interface design. Absolutely befuddling and frustrating.
Was skeptical at first but Angus didn’t steer me wrong. Easy to use. Great facility! Management team is awesome!
