The app is not working since yesterday Both in mobile and laptop, i have registered complaint to the support team and no reply yet Already time is too short for the preparation and you are providing such a terrible support. Atleast give a reply to the complaint !!! And its not the first time im having this bad experience from the support team, right from the beginning itself i have had some issue with the app , till now (3 months) its not resolved. Atleast a proper explanation is not given by them regarding the bugs

Its very disgusting u r providing download option only in mobile but not in windows( laptop) but your asking to select only one device, its depends on our flexibility and availability of device , we can’t take our laptops to every where ,some times we are using in mobiles, but most of the times we are preferred to laptop, but its restricting to much , Its not a over night syllabus to cover. Please understand , Or else please provide download option for windows too Please resolve this ASAP

On iOS 16 update I can’t even login to my ace online app. first of all the video was blanked and only audio plays in background please do some improvement ASAP. We don’t have much time right now. And also some time the video got stuck only audio plays.
