The app is beautiful and very customizable. There’s a tutorial that shows you how to do everything as well. Once you pick your measuring system (Imperial or Metric) you cannot change it again unless you reset the entire app. So choose wisely or else you’ll have to set everything up again. After you’ve created your routine, and start on your first day, when you go to check off what you’ve done, you’re prompted with a pay window where you have to pay them in order to check off a box. Not to mentioned it’s subscription based too, you can pay for weekly, monthly, or yearly. I wish the app was just paid that way I wouldn’t have wasted my time.

I had high hopes that this simple format would be the one to help me track my goals. However, 4 days in and I’m already frustrated. I am not able to track my goals as I believe the app intended. The water goal never allows me to track throughout the day, only allowing me to mark completed at the end. I understand this is a form of tracking but the reading and alcohol goals have the intake feature to allow for daily tracking. Also, at times, the app freezes and I have to exit and restart. Hoping an update will fix these issues but in the meantime I would suggest to keep searching for your tracker app.

Just the name of this program is a relief! In a world where we're told to push harder & harder to look and feel a certain way, this program is refreshing. I'm just getting started with it but I like the simplicity & positive approach to overall wellbeing.
