70mai (Worldwide)

I have been using this 70 mai dashcam for 5 years already. However, the recent push update have caused my dashcam malfunction(it keep restarting). Emailed customer service and they ask me to push update from downloaded file in email and I have to purchase another sd card just for it cause the original one I could not copy the file into it. After i push update from the file. Now the dashcam can bo longer be used. It does not start at all. It became worst! Now I am moving away from 70mai. I am looking into other brand currently.

A car cam with So many functions sounds great. But it is terrible user experience. There are always a problem when you need to use the function. 1) every time when you need to download the recorded videos from cams to your phone, it always failed to download 2) the videos in memory card doesn’t not support macOS, 3) the app keeps asking us to update the software, but everytime I did, the cam recorder will crashed like screen display gone. I got to plug out all the cable to restart it 4) after the software updated , the sound recording function problem again. Last time was good , Loud and clear. But now very low volume recorded with so much noise. Even I reset to factory settings also remain the same problem now 5) the vehicle speed always a many seconds delay recorded and shows on the car camera. It causes a incorrect info given when you need it as a proof. 6) I have put in a large capacity memory card , but it will never fully record and keep the videos. It will delete the old videos automatically even my memory card still has more than half memory capacity. I hope they really come out a stable version or improve their current imperfections

The first day i used, i was so happy with the app. Can see camera live and can play the recorded video from the album. But the next day i tried to view the album i can be opened already i can see numbers of video but when i opened it just say “no available network” aka nothing to play. So weird. But yeah at least i can have workaround by pulled of the sd card and download manually to my notebook. Come on 70mai you can fix this right? Coz your app is cool is just that the main purpose is not well served.
