my favorite part is it telling me i didnt make my payment (that i made) and then not letting me make the payment so that i just cant do my laundry. there is no support feature on the app and i cant find any online either. the error message i get even has typos in it that make it useful (please your payment method??). added a payment method and it doesnt even show up as an option, even when i set it to default.

Great system and app, very easy to use. But, I wish there was a way to favorite or bookmark areas instead of having one area page that has every single registered machine area in the country. I have to scroll down through the list and search for my machines, or go through my account history to access it.

As a housing provider, this has been a great service to give my residents the reassurance of access control that better suits their tech needs, more robust communication methods to keep them up to date on time sensitive announcements, and overall create more value for all parties to ensure an enjoyable living experience. I’m excited to see how expansive this service partner will be going forward.
