Terrible user experience
Cannot use Apple wallet for tickets. The tickets do not show up after your purchase them. It wants all of your personal information and access to the contacts on your phone. Why is all this needed for tickets? This should be stupidly simple but itโs not.

Beyond Frustrating
One of the most frustrating app experiences Iโve had. Wonโt allow me to login because it says Iโm logged in on another device, but this is my first time downloading the app. Completely nonfunctional yet required for ticketing.
