3D Model Maker: ImgTo3D

The app says you can choose less expensive PRO or ridiculously expensive ULTRA. However, if for you opt only for PRO it times out, stops working, and conveniently suggests using ULTRA. This manipulative strategy is especially difficult for my adult daughter with autism to understand.

Downloaded this last night. I like that it was a one time yearly buy. I prefer this way more than a weekly or monthly subscription, so that was a big plus! With that being said there we’re definitely some major issues using the ap. Uploading a simple 2d drawing doesn’t seem to work even remotely well. Even when I added color to the drawings it still came out terrible. How I managed to over come that was taking my drawings to ChatGPT and having it render a “realistic” version of my drawing then taking that into the modeling program which seems to work rather nicely. However…. HANDS!!!! Hands are a huge issue for this program. It can not process hands at all and even does weird wonky stuff like making a sword handle come in at a 90 degree angle the wrong direction and the fist is just a blob. The ap is almost there just needs some fine tuning with some better updates. I’d also like to be able to add a description feature so we could try to explain to it what we are wanting done and where it’s missing the mark. Over all a solid 3 with potential to be a high 4 or even a 5 -Ryan/motbcomics

I was pretty impressed with the capabilities of the free trial mode, and when I was prompted to purchase a subscription, I opted for the ultra quality credits mode, for increased quality. My first render came out amazing! Much more detailed than the Pro setting.
