2houses: Better Co-parenting

This app has been absolutely fantastic. The web page version is more user friendly than the phone app. I have no issues with the phone app. It is a simple platform, it gives html simplicity. The best features are the tracking of all activity on the account. This helps identify what’s going on especially if you have notifications turned off. This platform allows me to share all information with a coparenting without needing any direct communication with a personal device. Expenses related to the children, document sharing, calendar information, contacts of relevant parties in the lives of the children, and my favorite part is having different conversation threads that can be labeled. This is the most affordable parenting app available if you need a communication platform that tracks parenting conversations and activities but no video or phone calls. Just $170 for the whole family. No need for each parent to pay their own membership.

Since the new update, all our messages are whited out so that you can not see them. The update says something about a shiny new app with dark mode as light as you want it but I do not see any improvements, only issues. When we reached out to “Alexander” she stated it was due to the dark mode and sent a way to undo dark mode on my entire phone, there is no way for just the app. So right now the app is useless for messaging.

Great app that is helping our family effectively navigate the coparenting space. We don’t need tone-meter support so this app not having that is a non-issue for us. Would love to see the Expenses section off a “refunds” option or possible an expense cancellation option that would adjust the amounts split back to each parent for that item. Would also be nice to have an option to change category percentages with mutual agreement (and just have an audit history available for documentation?). Sometimes app logs me out and is in French but when I close/reopen app it also always is immediately reverted to the Eng version. Recent update was nice for visual as well as some calendar blips functionality improving. Not a cheap app so some ongoing dev would be a good return on investment.
