21 Day Container Tracker

I got this app on the recommendation of a co-worker. It's easy to tap the containers as I use them; I'm usually a paper & pen user. We all have our phones with us and helps me to track my food as I eat instead of waiting & possibly forgetting. It also tracks weight & measurements. It's a great app & would definitely recommend.

So I just got this app and I haven't been using it very long but I really like it. It makes keeping track of your containers so simple. Especially if you're someone like me using the 21 day challenge with just the diet using a different exercise program. I did give it three stars because the app is not fully accessible to VoiceOver users. The only serious issue I found was on the tracker tab the containers are presented to you as an image therefore for VoiceOver cannot read them. And there's no option to enter your containers manually.

Worth the .99 cents. I downloaded the Beach Body app but didn't like the way it displays what containers are left for the day (all in one box for each food group). Decided to spend the .99 cents and it was worth it. Tracks weight and measurements. Each day shows your boxes and you tap them off as you go. You can also add one in if need be.
