12 Step AA NA Daily Meditation

But where is the sleep timer to shut it off? That I miss 100%. Please bring it back! I’ve been using it for a many years now and it helps me and my Kid to sleep better!! I wrote that review months ago and got a response telling me that a sleep timer was added. I’ve searched all over, but I can’t find it. Can you please tell me in which part of the app to find it in or is that in the paid part of the app?

There could be a lot more to it, but it’s basically the book etc. it’s great to have to read literature during a meeting or listen to in the car. The joe and Charlie tapes are lower quality recording, but I heard something about an update in the past month. It keeps track of my clean tube, has the daily devotion. Not really anything related to being that I’m aware of, but I have the chair meeting guide app for that. Summary: it’s a great addition to my recovery. Helpful tool. ❤️

My sobriety journey is still very fresh, about a month. I downloaded this app along with other similar apps before I decided to become sober but initially I had no interest in checking it out. I was able to shift my focus to other areas of my life at first and rarely had intrusive thoughts about alcohol until a week ago. Attempting to change other habits in my life like shutting the tv off at a specific time each night etc, getting into bed earlier made me restless and uneasy. Thoughts about drinking filled my mind so I decided to open this app up and give it a try. I started with 2 of the 3ish minute guided meditations on there laying in bed and was so relieved that I could feel my nagging thoughts go away for the time being. Since then I play a guided meditation before bed to shift my focus back to what really matters in my life, being present and alive. Looking forward to the longer meditations on this app and AA recordings when I have great mental capacity. Taking this all one day at a time and this app is a great addition to it all!
