I downloaded and installed the app, and I was offered a 7or14-day free trial with the purchase of an annual plan. I was informed that I would be notified before the trial period ended and asked to confirm the payment, which I agreed to. However, during the purchase process, there was a technical issue, and the only option available was “Restore Purchase.” I selected it, and a message appeared saying that the purchase had been restored. I then entered the app and tested it for about 3–5 minutes. It quickly became clear that this was not what I was looking for, so I immediately canceled the subscription and deleted the app. Despite this, I was charged for the full annual plan the very next day. I only used the app for a few minutes, and I was clearly promised a multi-day free trial. This situation feels misleading and unacceptable. I did not intend to use this service and have not used it beyond a brief test. I kindly request a full refund.
As soon as I signed up for a subscription, I was immediately charged, I don't understand because it said 7 days free trial. I also saw an advertisement where the training was based on movies and it's very cool, but I didn't see any movies in the program. Only books.
I hate when I download an app that says it teaches us English but when I excitedly begin learning I face wrong translations. I don’t want to learn wrong English and I suppose no one does. For example “forget-me-not” is translated to Arabic literally as “don’t forget me”. I search on google to double check the meaning and I found no dictionary that translates it like that. It is translated as “ any of a genus (Myosotis) of small herbs of the borage family having usually bright blue or white flowers usually arranged in a curving spike”. The meaning is way far from 10 minute English translation. I decided to not trust this app and uninstall it to avoid learning wrong english. My recommendations: I suggest you double check all the word meanings or at least give customers the option to edit or suggest a better meanings in case they found a wrong translations . I also suggest that you add a feature that let people add their own words similar to flashcards technique.
