While the Chinese service industry is generally frustrating, when you are in an airport and cannot get help, it is maddening. Airlines in China direct you to ticket seller regarding any problem, and this seller does not like to be bothered. So when your flight is cancelled or delayed, or there is no information, be prepared to get very frustrated and angry. I have to say that this company sets new standards in being unreachable through their app, or otherwise.
