本來提醒預約放在查詢那邊就很好找，不知為什麼改到系統設定那邊，結果現在一點進去就閃退，變成要打身分證字號進去查詢才看得到

建議界面可直接選擇家人
建議所有涉及輸入身份證號與出生年月的界面可直接選擇家人。 明明都設好家人，每次查詢都要再打一次，好不麻煩。 辛苦了！
