I had to use the service for my mom ( in Hyderabad)who was traveling all by herself. Given the typical anxieties of traveling alone in a big city, my mom was truly concerned. But, Zyppys went an extra mile to make her comfortable right from the get go. She said the driver met her at the predetermined time, was very courteous and navigated through the traffic carefully, given the traffic craziness in Hyderabad it was very important to her. The kicker was she didn’t have to worry about paying the driver because I got the invoice after the service was rendered and it was a smooth transaction through the app ( and I am not in India). Thank you folks for taking good care of my mom, I am sure you have a customer for life in her.

Extremely satisfied with their professional and timely services. Their outstation cabs are reasonably priced and provides comfortable rides with good drivers. Happened to use their airport drop off facilities (added recently to their repertoire) and had to say that the cars are very tidy and well maintained. I certainly recommend everyone to try and benefit from their services.

Usually when I rent a car, I shop around multiple websites and try to find the best deal. All those sites with their terrible websites and apps have made it really difficult. Zyppys offers a great seamless experience and saves me a lot of time and money. I’m in absolute love!
