Zopper Assure

My experience with Zopper has been very disappointing. I requested AC service, but even after waiting 10–15 days, no proper service was provided. The technician arrived very late, and the issue was not resolved. The overall service support is extremely poor. Based on my personal experience, I do not recommend purchasing Zopper’s AC service plans, motor insurance, or healthcare plans. I suggest customers carefully evaluate their options before choosing their services.

I purchased the zopper extended warranty for my AC for 4 years in 2023. This year in April I logged a complaint for no cooling in my AC . The technitian visited after multiple reminders after 10 days. Then another technician comes to repair cooling coil but I mention that too much leakage. It has been again stop cooling after 6 days since then I have been calling them daily 2 times on customer service there is no service provided. I get responses it will done tomorrow. You cannot talk to their senior team members directly. No I cannot get this repaired from outside as well as cooling coil is missing. I curse this company for harresing me and being fraudent

These people are fraud. They will scam you and will not provide any service. When I raised complaint for gas refilling, they sent someone for normal servicing. These people tore away the serial number sticker during the process. They did not fix the gas leakage issue. After 7 complaints, they sent two scammers who took photos and videos and finally said that they will not be providing service as serial number is not visible. Total scam. Be aware. Do not take any service from them.
