Zombie State: Survival game

I am writing this from a different phone other than the one I have been using the game on (and spent a lot of money on) for a while. The game holds progress by the device. For the last 3 days, the game will open but not load. Any other device I log in on takes me back to the beginning. I hope this gets fixed! I am now using the App on my other device, but none of the things I spent money on are active, but everything says “your progress will be recorded”. I indeed hope there is an issue that can be resolved. I have spent a lot of money on this game and would hate to lose my “progress “

I honestly will say the game is very good in my opinion and many people won’t agree since others say the game play is slow and stuff which maybe just try to speed up the game a bit in gameplay ? But my main point is that there isn’t much to do really since I got to chapter 3 and I need 700 power which I don’t mind grinding but I already finished the death chain completely and I don’t really wanna do story mode over and over again which I don’t mind but that’s what makes other players really quit which is the lack of content there is but overall the game is literally a 9/10 I think the game has a lot of potential and I’m all here for it to be honest which I hope this game don’t die quick like other games. Also something I wanted to add which idk if is posible which Ik the point of the game is like a round base game but I wish if it was posible to make an online open world zombie version of this game but like not to big of a open world but maybe like adding a big big map which can be multiplayer and people use their skills and stuff which also will have zombies on the other side and also I would say add custom zombies for that specific open world mode than just copying and pasting zombies here and there which I would go more in detail but I thing this is mostly I would say so far but the game is really really good KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !!!

EDIT: The devs gave the typical bull trap response: “thanks for your feedback we’ll forward this to our team”. Why is it so hard for ANY of these devs to use REAL ppl and not bots or automatic/premade responses?! There’s alotta games that use Unity ads in Oder to get in game rewards. You’ll have to watch 30 seconds and then wait for the circle and x to fill up to finally kick it and exit out. That being said… …Watch The Unity Ad for this game. You’ll see him shooting and eventually get in a car. When you ge to that point where it has (X) you’ll see a GIF playing while waiting. It’s a car mowing down the undead and drifting into a gas station. This is RIPPED STRAIGHT OUT OF “THE WALKING DEAD: SURVIVORS STORIES”. Their FULL LENGTH Unity ad is essentially the same as this. From going into the store, to gas station. It’s like a basic reskin. I honestly wouldn’t have noticed but I kept seeing it and seeing it the laughable cartoon physics drifting caught my eye as it kept repeating (I hate when they do that at the end of the Unity Ads). It’s funny. The whole watching ads for Modern Warships reward la this ad played and then the next one was TWD…and THATS when I was 100% certain these guys copied off of TWD. Man I wish I had thought of the idea to record the whole thing. It’s a lot like how Gunship Battle Total Warfare or whatever that resource game is called copied 100% off of Battlefield 2042’s PORTAL trailer. Wow, “My Games” is going downhill. ABC dev studio with the scumminess of AAA and even low-low b rated indie devs . I mean WHY wud I wanna. Copy THAT?! Are original ideas in games THAT difficult to come up with just like decent movies and shows form modern day hollywood?
