Zero Cam

The app is crashing again, it worked just a couple days ago but today it keeps crashing!!. I’m trying to download my photos and I did everything!! I reset my phone, reconnected to the WiFi from scratch, even deleted and reinstalled. It still keeps on crashing!!! Please fix. This asap! The app history says that this app was updated a year ago! Please update it again!!

This app works but there were more steps that you have to take in order for it to work! 1. Go to you wifi and put in the wifi 2. When it asks to view other devices on the net work, ALLOW IT!!! - This was the step that was not allowing my camera to connect to the app Once you allow the wifi to view other devices on the network, click on the camera picture. On the cameras display it should say “Wifi connected successfully” You should then be able to sync your pics. If you were like me and didnt allow the wifi to view devices, you should be able to forget the wifi, and then re-connect. It should ask again to view devices. You can also try to delete the app again and redownload it. Eventually the prompt to view other devices on the network will appear!

The app is very confusing and the entire set up of the camera. When you get the app, you have to actually click the little camera icon button at the top center of the page and then it will connect you and your photos should download to the app after you connect your phone to the Wi-Fi on the camera. You have to play around with the camera a lot to be able to start to understand it.
