Zero Balance: Spend Credit

Hello, The app helped me about halfway. First, I was able to spend $0.59, which worked perfectly. After that, I wanted to spend the remaining balance of $0.28 to bring my Apple account balance down to zero. However, the app only lets me spend $0.29, not $0.28. What should I do in this situation? Is there any way to spend the remaining $0.28? Thank you!

This method does NOT work if you have a very small or odd amount of balance (<$1) left. In my case, it’s 14 cents. The app tries to charge me 29 ct, but that requires me to put in a credit card or smth else so they can deduce the remaining amount from my account. I don’t have a way to do that otherwise I wouldn’t be trying my luck with this app. Guess contacting Apple support is the only way (and I recommend others to do that too).
