You can’t cancel the course literally frod company
I had a very disappointing experience with GUVI’s DevOps program (GUVI–HCL). Batch : DO-C-WD-E-B29 Name: Leeban They advertise a 7-day free trial, but this is completely misleading. The so-called 7 days includes weekends, which are non-instructional days, so students don’t actually get the full 7 days of learning or proper exposure to the platform. Effectively, you get much less than what is promised. Soon after your enquiry they follow up consistently and push to take up the course and process the payments and all other process. There was no proper orientation, no clear communication, and no confirmation process from their side. They simply consider you enrolled without ensuring that the student is informed or comfortable. During my trial, I attended 6 days, and before the 7th day I raised genuine concerns and asked for cancellation/EMI stop. Instead of addressing the issue, they simply hid behind their “policy” and refused to help. Their approach felt unethical, especially when the trial period is advertised but not truly provided. Overall, my experience with GUVI was very poor — false promises, lack of communication, no transparency, and no real concern for students once you sign up. I do not recommend them if you expect honesty and proper support.
