I wanted to report a recurring issue with the video player. Often, after fast-forwarding a few times, the video freezes and won't stop loading. This has been happening for a while, and I'm still encountering it after the most recent update. Having to close and reopen the video is pretty frustrating. Could you please look into a fix? Thanks!

Zee5, this app has issues with the subtitles. Sometimes, they refuse to come on when watching on my firetv and android phone. I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app. It works for a bit, then reverts to the same issue. What's more disappointing is that there isn't any form of customer service to help with this issue. I have tried many times by commenting on it on social media and no one is of any help. Get your act together and do something about this. Help center is a waste.

1) The app design sometimes breaks apart for iPad screen. I go onto the title screen like movie or tv show, and even though my iPad is in horizontal position the app shows vertical screen view. 2) Second point, This hasn’t happened so many times but sometimes some Zee’s own advertisements like movies for 26th Jan or some new tv series shows up on home screens. And that’s little annoying. On top of that, sometimes those ads show up with blank screens and I can’t even close them because the advertisement itself isn’t loading up completely, so I have to close the app and open it again. 3) You guys have done a lot of improvement in streaming of videos. Thank you and kudos for that but still I see blur video in between for a minute or two while watching a movie. Otherwise, great improvements. I have been watching zee since 2021, so app has come long way since then.

Trash can't even buy a premium subscription. Also, some of the movies don't even play they just buffer and keep getting the same error over and over. "Something went wrong pleasetry again after some time." I contact support, and they are no help they keep writing back same text. Please clear cache and data and reinstall the app. This issue isn't just on the app it's also on all the platforms. Then, I can't even cancel the subscription. I keep getting error messages.

I actually paid for an entire year for the package just so that I could watch this one specific show Devon ke dev mahadev and now when I’m trying to continue watching it it’s not there anymore can you please put that show on streaming again please … I’m very disappointed and I really want to watch it out …

Downloaded this app hoping to watch some regional content in the US. But good lord, the app and website are just horrendous. First, why in the world does it show a random Google ad in the website and app, right up top? Feels like some random spam website stuff. Second, the login is completely broken. ‘Get started ‘ and’Subscribe’ are straight up confusing option. Login/Register or Login/Subscribe should be the options. Also, the login option to proceed after entering the email just freezes up and doesn’t go to the OTP screen even after trying multiple times. Also, clicking on the thumbnail should take me to the details of the film/TV show, not play the content. It is an extremely frustrating implementation. It feels like no one developing this app and website has ever tried logging in and using this app. Won’t be re-subscribing once my month is done, feels like an extremely cheap experience for what Zee is charging.
