I bought a house in East Side Costa Mesa and the search for what I wanted was a challenging one, I’m kinda picky. Zach was always there answering questions, finding different properties and being the first to jump on the good ones. He really stuck with it and he found a home I love! He was excellent with negotiating and even helped me find a great loan broker. My experience from start to finish was awesome and painless. Have recently started looking into buying a home and the whole process can be grueling. Especially considering I was primarily using Zillow before. Their app was just a mess. Info and status took too long to update and non closable listings constantly take up half the screen. Mark and Zach’s app works seamlessly and gives you the most up to date information available.
