YUPA - Quick Local Help

This is actually my first ever review, for anything. Honestly, a great app for college students. 100% legit- they make money by taking 18% of the payment each time, all the rest goes directly to you. Payments work through Stripe, a pretty common middle-man for many small businesses, definitely credible. I actually met one of the developers when he visited my campus a month or so ago, got my first job completed today. As for why 4 stars and not five, I have a few gripes: First and most importantly- you can’t communicate to a customer after the sale. I had an instance where the customer had a small errand they wanted done weekly. They accidentally put their errand as a one-time thing, and I can’t contact them, since I didn’t get contact information beforehand. I honestly think it’d be a lot better if both sides had the option to end messages, rather than automatically have it shut down until another job is assigned. Another, less important thing: As a freelance worker, it can be kinda annoying trying to look at available jobs.It’s easy enough to fix for yourself, as it’s the first thing that shows up if you close then reopen the app, still, it’d be nice if there was an easier way to view open jobs. I also think it’d be nice if the date assignment for posting jobs didn’t start in May, regardless of what time of year it is. Again, honestly a great app. I really do hope you take at least the first suggestion into consideration!

Great app for students who want to earn money, and are in need of services. This was long awaited!
