The app does lag sometimes when loading the transaction history,especially if you have a lot of transactions. Other than that,everything from transfers to card management works beautifully

I created my Yunlen account in October 2025 and successfully completed KYC verification. After passing KYC, I tested the app with a small deposit and withdrawal of 1,000 XAF, which went through quickly. However, on December 4, 2025, I deposited 1,200 XAF and the funds never arrived in my wallet. I contacted support multiple times but received no response. Yesterday, on March 30, 2026, I decided to test their USD and EUR accounts. A friend sent me 185 EUR to my EUR account on Yunlen. On his end, the transfer showed as successfully delivered, but nothing appeared in my Yunlen wallet. When I contacted support, they finally replied and claimed that the EUR account had been changed, so I could no longer receive funds with that account. They assured me the money would be refunded to the sender on the same day. Instead, another customer service agent (using the fake name “Keukeh”) began replying and insulting me, saying I was lucky he/she didn’t handle my ticket because they wouldn’t have been “welcoming.” To make matters worse, they never refunded the 185 EUR to my friend and appear to have stolen the funds. This company is fraudulent. Their address is fake, their team remains completely anonymous, and they operate as a scam disguised as a legitimate fintech app. They are stealing money from innocent users. After reading the reviews, I was shocked by how many people have had similar experiences. I deeply regret not checking the reviews before using this app. I strongly urge everyone to report Yunlen to the relevant authorities. The App Store team should immediately investigate and ban this fraudulent application. The people behind it need to be identified, arrested, and held accountable. Do not trust this app.

Review, review, review! Julen app is a scam. I tried it with €5 that my husband sent me. The amount appeared in the app, was converted to USDC, and then I tried to exchange it to Naira. I requested a withdrawal around 3 PM yesterday, and it’s still pending. I’ve contacted customer service—no response. I’m very concerned about the KYC information they collected. Do not trust them or use their app. They charged $3 for account creation and $1 for another fee, so I’ve lost nearly $10 to them. I will delete the app permanently and report my BVN to my bank, because these people are not legitimate—they are scammers. Be careful out there.
