I feel cheated. I paid for a week subscription. The first “try on” worked but in order for it to allow me to make a second rendition, it asks me to pay again. There is an error message saying my subscription doesn’t exist, but it is listed under my account’s subscriptions. I didn’t want to leave a review but there is no way to contact the creator unless you download the X app (btw, he doesn’t allow messages if you have an unverified account and why the heck do I have to sign up for something else to get support on another app?). The app’s website links do nothing - all links redirect to the home page and no contact info is listed. I’d still appreciate getting support on this issue, I was really excited for the app.
