A friend recommended this app for me to get started and it’s good. The only issue I have it that I have is; the voice over doesn’t let you know of the next pose so you can prepare as your eyes are closed for most of the poses. Sometimes the app is already in the next pose and starting while I am struggling to catch up because I wasn’t told and keep having to read the next pose in a bit difficult also because it ruins the flow. Other than that everything seems fine.
Great
