Due to this app, everything becomes easier, I have tried many yoga apps and this is the first one that actually starts me out as a beginner slow and steady. I am able to follow the instructions and it is relaxing and calming I’m really impressed and love it.

Im happy with the short duration and selection of exercise. My favorite Program so far. Its quite a gift to be able to have access to programs like this at our fingertips. Highly recommend. Especially for beginners.

Found this app when i was looking for ideas for home exercises. It has a wide variety of workouts and has been very relaxing. Enjoying the everyday experience! I sure that I will use this app often
