Too many different categories, urgent messages from staff about child are not notified differently from regular notifications, I would have to constantly check each notification to see if notification is high priority or notification as a FYI (ei fundraising) just an added stress for parents especially in this over notified world.

This app is not useful. Every notification is categorized the same way so it’s impossible to only see pictures. I never know if the update is about my specific child or the whole class. Brightspace and Tadpoles offer greater functionality and are more user friendly.
