It's just so disappointing how the app's name point is to get us to find ID, and it's not even able to scan properly. Plus I have a Moroccan ID. I have tried with three different phones, and none of them seem to work. I called support to let them know, and their only excuse was "wait and try again." And I've tried over ten times. I let them know there is an issue with the app, and it turned out they wanted to argue about it. Like, "No, your phone has an issue." It went from me calling customer support for support to the customer support complaining and insulting me.
I’ve tried multiple times to scan my passport and purchase a ticket to an Afcon game - this should be easy, streamlined and straightforward right? No!. Scanning my passport on this dodgy app gets up to 99% and fails each and every time - it’s almost like it’s premeditated. I’ve already bought my flight ticket and hotel accommodation as well as other things but no game ticket! Absolutely infuriating and frustrating. I thought buying a ticket would be easy as it should. I can only attribute this ticket buying difficulty to greed. Shame on you Afcon for allowing this to happen to the fans of the game. This was going to be my first in-person Afcon experience - and it will be my last!
I am a moroccan citizen so I thought it would be an easy process of just scanning your Moroccan ID and boom your done. Well it seems to hate the chips inside of the moroccan id so I move on to my american passport to see if i’ll have any other luck. (i didn’t) I bought my afcon tickets (stubhub) for my whole family after a member of our family passed away to help us but they are basically unusable because of this app. I think it’s so crazy that our country has spent so much of our money on soccer stadiums (instead of focusing on the moroccan people) to help please the average foreigner that travels to morocco but can’t even make the apps to get into the stadium work. I am not sure how any foreigner or any moroccan is going to get into any afcon game. people have mentioned it for months so why has nothing changed?
