Processed my payment through Stripe, PayPal kept crashing, but the order never processed and wasn’t received by the Kwik Koffee. Showed my bank statement and order to the staff at the drive through and they made me pay again. Now I’ve been charged twice for my $25 coffee order and have to organise a refund. Won’t use the app again.

Can only order one coffee at a time. You try and order more than one and the app overwrites the previous coffee. Been like this for over a year. Not how to run a business.

Like the app for ease of use - but trying to report a problem with it is an issue in itself. Anyhow back to the app - when you use the reorder section it drops off part of your order I.e. so if you order 2 flat whites one with a sugar one without, it will drop off the sugar when you go to proceed with the order. So you need to empty cart and add each item every time.
