XTransfer

Used this company for about nine months. We went out of our way to ensure compliance with all of their processes. They suddenly closed our account without giving a reason and without giving us a chance to appeal or provide supporting documents. They ruined our ability to temporarily pay our suppliers. To top it all off, they have the audacity to keep sending me personal marketing materials and invitations to events on WeChat (looking at you Jayden). They’re just robots without a thought in their little heads. Go elsewhere.

I was able to create my account in minutes. The verification process itself took a few hours longer than expected.

The processing of the payment was quick but what happened afterwards was shocking. Client haven’t yet received the money for almost a month and they haven’t been able to resolve issue till now. It’s better to make the transfer using banks as all their back end transfers are from banks and they chose a payment process which halted the transaction. Needless to say they need to improve more in their problem solving skills and taking more responsibility
