Wynwood House

We are very disappointed at a property we rented in Lima, Peru for an array of reasons but most of all the information that was on the website was misleading. The location is at a very busy avenue, very noisy and it wasn’t mentioned at all. Just to begin the story… When we entered the unit, the odor was really bad; it smelled like humidity, like a used space that hadn’t even been cleaned . In the website, it said that the offered two rooms with two queen size beds when in reality one of the rooms had a full size bed not for two adults (the website me tunes that it could accommodate 4 adults). The spring box in the “master bedroom” was all dirty, the fabric all ripped, disgusting. The “balcony” was non existent; just a sliding door with a railing. The A\C unit all rusty. After reporting all these issues to the company, we expected a full refund but they only offered one night. Unacceptable. We left the property with all our laugagge, it was 9pm and at that hour we needed to find a place to stay. The worst experience.

I stayed two weeks in one of their apartments in Mexico City, the apartment design was incredible and it came fully equipped with everything that i needed. Also, the restaurants recommendations in the app were awesome!! Highly recommended!

Me sorprendió la calidad de las propiedades que tienen por Latinoamérica! Me quede en un par de apartamentos en Colombia y de verdad que la sensación de estar en un espacio vs a estar en un espacio que se siente propio vs un hotel es única. La mejor forma de viajar 🤩
