I’ve been using this app for a few weeks and loved the interface and how intuitive it is. It suddenly “updated”, removed all of my custom workout plans, and does not allow any functionality without a paid subscription. This is extremely unfortunate for such a promising fitness app.
It’s new, and so there are some minor changes I’d recommend. It’s perfect for someone who needs direction in lifting, positions, etc. Very simple, very clear, very well done. Have been looking for something like this for a while.
Stop guessing what weight to lift. Reps auto-calculates every set based on your strength, so you walk into the gym with a plan — not a question mark....
