Wordscapes Uncrossed

I am an eleven year-old who loved this game! That’s right, loved. I hope I still can, but it seems you have made this and your wordscapes search game are now 17+! Unless you have a serious reason for this, because I have an idea I will get into later, why? For example, the regular Wordscapes has chat and the ONLY Wordscapes branded game (that I know of) that has ANY social interaction! I loved playing this game with my grandparents, and personally, I dunno if the have a lot of time left… 😔. Please, this is my favorite word game chain, and still in my top five FAVORITE games ever! Also most of your game are on the top 10 btw. Thanks SO MUCH for reading this message, sorry I took so much of your time, and thank you again for helping expand my vocabulary even more. The game is an adequate brainteaser for most situations when and where you’d play mobile games (waiting for something or someone, using the restroom, etc.). Depending on your preference for hints in puzzle games, however, this game can range from annoying to occasionally-but-not-oppressively helpful. If you’re the type of person who likes to figure things out on your own, you might be disappointed to know that the game does force its help on you from time to time. An example would be out-of-game notifications that will give you a word for your current puzzle if you haven’t opened the app recently (Example: “You can lick this puzzle 👅. Try the word LIT” - written as shown in my previous notification, including the emoji and lack of punctuation after “LIT”). Another example would be one of the daily rewards, which can contain anything from discounts on purchaseable hints to free ones, called “spelling bees”. As far as I know, there’s no way to skip the daily reward pop-up, so when you inevitably get these bees, you might be dismayed to find that they will automatically fill in some blanks on the next puzzle you open. For someone who would rather play the game without help, these forced hints are frustrating to encounter. On a lighter note, the game does offer a soothing atmospheric soundtrack with a well-done interface; plus, daily puzzles that allow you to unlock some good landscape and architectural pictures.

First of all, the game itself is very cool. Although the graphics are not to great, ( they are better than most games) it is still such a wonderful game. I always put on a relaxing podcast to listen to while I am doing the game. You can turn the music off, and then kick back, relax, and listen to your favorite podcast. The game by itself is also very relaxing. You don’t need to listen to a podcast because it’s just so relaxing by itself. There are so much puzzles, at least 2,000 or more. It always keeps me busy- even if I’m bored. I have such an addiction to this game, it is amazing ! One thing I would like the developers to add is events. An example is a Halloween one, where the background is all spooky, like Halloween. And just fun little mini games here and there to give you a break. Thank you for reading my report, Emma C.
