Wordox - Multiplayer word game

It takes support five days to respond and then it doesn’t even answer your question just sends a support answer which I can look up myself. Had a question about a word that was denied and is in the dictionary and they send me a list of 3 letter words which is great but then It isn’t even a complete list. I love this game but this is ridiculous and don’t get me started on the game pairing. I keep getting stars and super stars I the pairing needs to be more fair. Not just whoever starts a game.

Customer support has just informed me that they are testing an artificial intelligence program and that is why we are getting all these robot type players instead of real players. I don’t want to play robots. When I paid good money for this app I was playing real people and now you can hardly get a real player. This was my favorite game and now it’s been ruined! They need to let players block these artificial intelligence robot players. Don’t waste your money on this game unless you like playing computers. The bots will play any word whether it is in a dictionary or not. I have googled many of the words they play and they are NOT words. Just no fun anymore. The company keeps promising changes but I haven't seen any changes. Terrible game! I would like my money back since they changed this game after I bought it.

I have been playing this game for a long time. I play against other people but also against the computer. Recently, the computer started playing words that are definitely not real words. I contacted the developers and they said they don't use any online dictionaries and just use their own. So basically the computer can play anything and they can just say it's in their dictionary. I even checked to make sure I didn't accidentally switch languages, but nope, still English. It's very frustrating. I would have easily given 5 stars before this change.
