How are extra points used on word path?

Once I reached Level 1000 and letters could be repeated in the words, I was up for the challenge. Unfortunately, at the same time, I have been encountering many, many words that I’ve never seen before. If you are going to use words that no average (or above average) speller has ever seen, you could at least add a dictionary option to make the game more believable and in the process, educate those of us who have no idea what 50% of the current words mean. I’m about ready to quit. And This used to be one of my favorite games.

I was enjoying this game for several weeks until the last few days when 4if6 words were not in the dictionaries. Is something wrong with your computer. I feel sad that I won’t continue playing this game unless this fixed: last word was “sably.” Roberta S., California
