Great little bank, wonderful people. No issues with in person banking. Flawless. The app is another subject. Does not work with IOS very well. Errors, Access denial , Access, but crashes. IT support is clueless.

This app is poor!! I am always having to change my password. It Leads you to believe that the face recognition might work but NO! I use this app often, at least I would if I could have regular access. It seems I’m either having to reenter my password, changing my password, or they are doing some kind of server maintenance.

This app works great EXCEPT for the mobile deposit part of it. It works haphazardly, not at all most of the time. Not sure why this does not work. I use 2 other banking apps (PSECU and FCB) and have no issues or problems with mobile deposits. Thank you.
