Wirex: All-In-One Trading App

*update* As I stated I have reached out multiple times to you guys through app support and nothing** I downloaded and attempted to open a Wirex account almost two months ago and have been waiting for my account to be verified. I submitted all the required documents and have never had a problem opening any account anywhere else at most it would take 24 hours. I contacted support and the only reply I received was a generic auto response saying how busy they are and not to open multiple tickets. That’s was it and my verification is still pending with no reason as to why. I think they are just stealing people private identifying information with no intention of giving them a account because I am not the only person facing this issue. There is no way to talk to a actual person, I keep getting promotional emails but can’t do anything with my account. Seriously concerned and extremely disappointed as I was told this app and account is so convenient but so far not the case

I’ve been dealing with crypto (and stocks) for a few years now. I have accounts with all the major exchanges and brokers and all the small-fries you can imagine, and am involved in a handful of crypto currency start-ups making their charge to go live on the blockchain and DeFi. After about a month of pending Verification, I opened a ticket to see what the hold up was. The first person I talked to heard my issue, took some time, then said he’s passing it to another team. About a week later, I catch that I get a notice from Wirex about my account. Then I see the notification from my email saying Wirex has answered my ticket. Upon reading the response, they regret to inform me that my application has been denied and state that they will not give me anymore information on that decision, and basically how I took it, sent me off with a “Get Lost” … so Wirex has become the first exchange, “bank”, financial institute, etc to ever stop my verification to use their service. No big deal to me really, I’m sure the other guys will enjoy the money that I feed in and out and amongst the Blockchain. You’d think theyd at least give you a reason so you maybe you can clear it up. None the less, forever tainted.

First of all im happy cuz i got my card yesterday after 1month and yeah late better never so then i ordered GBP card too and i did go for add 10$ on first card and its worked but i saw my request for GBP card failed 😶 and i ordered again seems shouldn't do anybefore card issue 🤷‍♂️ i guess it just a bad bug but how ever its still better than others ---------Aug 3 As i checked other btc debit cards i have to say its the best maybe delivery little long and app little bit buggy but ay least there is some point too like simple verification no extra selfie with id 😬 and much more 3 useable card good enough for btc debit and countis (Uk) is better issuer than glabtars issuer 👌😅
